GrowthBot help

This page explains what GrowthBot does, how to use it, and how the main pages fit together.

What GrowthBot does

GrowthBot connects real product evidence to content operations. It reads repo activity, turns it into review-ready drafts, and helps teams move those drafts through approval, scheduling, publishing, and follow-up.

  • Connect product evidence from GitHub, releases, changelogs, docs, or manual product notes.
  • Generate campaign drafts for product updates, education, customer scenarios, trust proof, offers, and lead prompts.
  • Use approval rules so low-risk content can move faster while claims, metrics, pricing, and offers get reviewed.
  • Publish or hand off content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu manual phone/clipboard workflows.

Help Center FAQ

Common questions about getting started and using GrowthBot.

What does GrowthBot do?
GrowthBot turns real product activity into approved multi-channel social campaigns, then tracks replies and lead signals.
What messages will be posted?
It posts organic social content: product updates, educational posts, customer scenarios, trust proof, sales offers, and reply-driving prompts. It does not buy paid ads or manage ad spend.
Is this advertising or organic social?
Organic posts are published to social profiles or pages. Paid ads require ad accounts, budgets, targeting, and creative approval; that is outside the current GrowthBot autopilot scope.
How does risk approval work?
Low-risk educational or interaction posts can move through autopilot when client settings allow it. Pricing, security, legal, metrics, testimonials, competitor comparisons, and sales offers require review or client approval.
What does Xiaohongshu support mean?
Xiaohongshu support means Chinese note-style draft generation, approval, and manual phone/clipboard handoff. Automated Xiaohongshu API publishing requires approved official credentials and a separate risk review.
Who should use it?
It is built for agencies, fractional marketers, and technical founders who want product-aware content operations.
What do I need before I start?
You need an account and at least one product source: a GitHub repo, release, changelog, docs URL, blog/RSS item, or manual product note.
Does GrowthBot auto-publish everything?
No. The normal flow is draft generation first, then human review, then scheduling or publishing.
Can I edit the generated content?
You can edit the draft directly, choose the target platform, and send it through approval before it is scheduled.
Where do I manage the main workflows?
Use the approval inbox for drafts, the inbound inbox for replies and leads, and settings for workspace configuration.
What if I forget my password?
Use /forgot-password and /reset-password to regain access if needed.
