Privacy Policy

This policy explains the main categories of data GrowthBot collects and how it is used to operate the service. It is a starter policy and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.

Information we collect

We collect account, workspace, integration, content, billing, and usage information. This may include names, email addresses, team membership, agency/client/project records, repository metadata, connected social account identifiers, draft content, schedule data, inbound messages, leads, billing identifiers, audit logs, and product usage events.

How we collect information

Information is provided by users, generated through product use, imported from connected services at your direction, received from webhooks, or created by infrastructure and security systems such as logs and metrics.

How we use information

We use information to operate GrowthBot, authenticate users, manage workspaces, generate and schedule content, process inbound messages, support billing, enforce plan limits, secure the service, debug incidents, and improve product quality.

Sharing and processors

We share information with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, database, observability, email, payment, AI, and connected platform providers. We do not sell customer workspace data.

AI processing

Workspace prompts, content drafts, repository summaries, inbound messages, and brand voice inputs may be sent to configured AI providers to generate drafts, replies, summaries, and recommendations.

Retention

We retain workspace records while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, backup, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Inbound messages and leads containing third-party personal data default to 90 days of retention pending owner review, unless a customer contract or legal obligation requires a different period. Authenticated users can request an export or deletion through the self-serve privacy endpoints or by contacting support.

Choices and access

Workspace owners may update account and workspace data in the product, disconnect integrations, request data export, or request deletion by contacting privacy@veraminds.com.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including access controls, encrypted transport, secret management, audit logging, and least-privilege operational practices.
