Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline conditions for using GrowthBot. They are operational starter terms and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.
Use of GrowthBot
GrowthBot is an agency social content operations platform. You are responsible for the clients, accounts, repositories, prompts, approvals, and published content managed through your workspace.
Accounts and workspace access
You must keep account credentials secure, invite only authorized team members, and remove access when a person no longer needs it. Activity performed by invited members may be treated as activity by your workspace.
Content and approvals
Drafts, replies, schedules, and recommendations may be generated with AI assistance. You remain responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, legality, required disclosures, platform compliance, client approval, and brand fit before publishing.
Integrations
Connected services such as GitHub, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Stripe, and email providers are governed by their own terms. You must have the right to connect each account and use the data imported from it.
Billing and plans
Paid plans, trials, usage limits, overages, renewals, and cancellation flows are presented in the product or billing checkout. Taxes, provider fees, and third-party platform costs may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use GrowthBot to send spam, misrepresent identity, violate platform policies, infringe intellectual property, process unlawful data, attack the service, or publish harmful or deceptive content.
Service changes
Features may change as GrowthBot evolves. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or resolve security risks.
